While Morris Construction recommends products that typically fit well in the customer’s house, depending on the house’s age and improvements made, our product recommendations maybe of a higher quality and not that much more in price over standard products. Morris Construction also offers remodel packages that can be used in their entirety or the customer may pick and choose various products that best suits their remodel design desires and budget.

Once the customer has finalized their remodel product selections and are in contract with Morris Construction, we present the customer with detailed written documentation (i.e. complete scope of work and an estimated job schedule) presented in a personalized job file. This ensures Morris Construction and their valued customer can begin and move through the remodel or repair with the same expectations and understanding and promotes two-way communications so the remodel and/or repair work proceeds in a timely fashion and with an outstanding end product.
