Morris Construction hires experienced building professionals and/or provides training in order to deliver the high level of excellence provided on every job. Morris Construction encourages their staff to pursue learning and developing new skills of new, innovative building techniques and products to better serve our customers. Throughout the duration of each job, Morris Construction performs onsite inspections of all work performed by their staff and subcontractors to ensure a high quality final delivery on schedule and/or to early isolate unknown conditions that may surface during the job’s progression.

Morris Construction staff are required to be courteous, respectful and possess a positive attitude. Each day on the job, customers will be greeted by our staff who have a professional, neat appearance, who work hard and ensure the job site is left in a neat and clean manner at the end of each work day.

Morris Construction requires their subcontractors to possess and behave at the same high level of standards as that expected of their staff. On all Morris Construction jobs, all subcontractors are required to carry a certificate of liability insurance showing the certificate holder (Morris Construction) as an additional insured.
