I am Brad Morris, the Owner of Morris Construction , a family owned business established in 1989. My family has been in the construction business since the late 1800's and Morris Construction takes pride in their construction heritage. On every job we adhere to the personalized construction craftsmanship of our forefathers which is complimented with the knowledge and application of current construction advancements.

Personally, I have been involved with and have had a passion for the construction business since a small child. At the early age of 5, I began building structures with my Handy Andy Tool Set. After High School, I achieved an Apprenticeship Certificate of Completion from the California Apprenticeship Council, was certified as a Journeyman Carpenter by California's Department of Industrial Relations, received a Construction Speciality Trade Certification from the John O'Connell Trades School and in 1989 was licensed, as a General Building Contractor (Class B), by California's Contractors State License Board. Similarly, my son David brings his construction passion and skills to Morris Construction and with pride my son and I continue the family’s construction lineage of excellence.

I have extensive direct hands-on and management experience in various construction trades which include however is not limited to Residential Construction (Restorations, Remodels, Structural Improvements, Remedial Repairs for Dryrot, Termite and Water Damage, Preventative Maintenance, Drainage Systems, Concrete and New Construction) and Commercial Construction (Office, Retail and Industrial Remodels, Tenant Retrofitting and Improvements, Remedial Repairs for Dryrot, Termite and Water Damage and Large Facility Preventive Maintenance, commercial high rise and concrete construction).

Morris Construction is also hired by Law Firms, Commercial Property Managers and Residential Homeowners to perform construction based investigations and provide consultation as an expert witness, testimony for insurance claims and construction fraud disputes. Morris Construction has also been a Preferred Contractor in contract with various large well-known insurance and property management companies, banking institution's probates and foreclosures, commercial complexes and tenant improvements.
